The Paleo Diet: What you need to know

For most of you readers by now should know I am a HUGE believer in the paleo/primal diet.  I consider it to be a healthy lifestyle choice and the best eating plan out there for superior health, incredible energy, better sleep and reduces your chances of all the major health diseases.  If you want to look better, feel better, lose weight and reduce your body fat just by eating whole natural foods I highly recommend you consider this lifestyle.  Just know it is a lifestyle choice and not a diet or fad, it is something we need to adopt for the remainder of our lives.  Here is a fantastic video I found that sums it all up and tells us what we need to know about this amazingly natural way of eating.
