Gratefulness = Happiness

Each and every day, I give thanks for what the day has to offer me.  I give thanks for waking up in the morning, for having a warm bed to sleep in, for having clothes on my back, food in my belly, money in my pocket, great family and friends and more importantly I give thanks for life.  This life, our lives that we live in, are our own personal journey toward happiness and I believe you that way to happiness is through gratefulness.  Always be grateful for what you have and do not have, always say “thank you” when someone says or does something nice for you and never take anything for granted.  We are all very blessed to walk this earth and be free to do what we like.  Take advantage of each day and start it off with saying everything you are grateful for and you will be amazed on how much better you feel and also how much appreciation you will have for everything else.  I am extremely grateful for all of you readers out there who continue to read and support FrontdiveFitness and look forward to inspiring more and more readers to come.   Have a fantastic Monday everyone and just remember “we are too blessed to be stressed.”
