4 Great Exercises for the 4th of July

If I had to pick 4 of the best exercises to give you the greatest full body workout they are right here for your viewing pleasure: squat row, kettlebell swings, dumbbell side lunge to curl press and burpee to push up to squat jump.  I believe these are 4 of the greatest exercises we need to add to our training programs to achieve some great results by working the whole body with every muscle group and is the perfect combination of strength and power.
