Monday Motivation

It is Monday and it is time to get fired up and ready to train people.  I know most Monday workouts people usually go to what they know and what they are comfortable with.  If your Monday routine is the same thing every time, I highly suggest you mixing it up and trying some new moves.  We usually joke in the training world that Monday is international bench press day.  If you go to gyms around the globe, I almost guarantee you will see every guy working on their chest by doing bench press or dumbbell press lifts.  Unfortunately most people train what they are good at or their strengths and avoid their weaknesses.  I suggest flipping it around.  If you hate doing legs, do it early in the week and first thing so you do not skip out on it later in the week.

Here is a sweet video of a young gentlemen performing some fantastic and creative exercises.  I really like his creativity and his intensity.  Mix it up a little this week, think outside of the box and get out of your comfort zone a little bit.
