A short video of a kettlebell complex I performed. All exercises are done right after one another in order to get your heart rate up and burn some major calories. The exercises are: squat to high pull, squat press, alternating back lunges, swing to high pull, push ups, and deadlift. There are a lot of compound movements here to give you more bang for your buck by working the upper body and the lower body together at the same time. In just doing this video with only 6 reps and 35 lbs kettlebells, I was a little out of breath afterwards, which is always good.
