VersaClimber- Bear Crawl Challenge

The challenge of the week:  50 feet on the VersaClimber, 50 feet of Bear Crawl and 50 feet jog back.  5 rounds for time.  I had already done this on Monday and I was in pretty bad shape for quite some time.  Luckily for you guys, you get to view one of our best clients Mr. Kevin Wong go crazy and kill this challenge with the best time so far.  Think about ways you can do this challenge where you are.  You can use any modality you would like such as the treadmill, bike or elliptical.  Train hard and get after it.  Enjoy
