Workout of the Week

Here is a short video of me participating in the challenge of the week at our gym POWER Fitness.  The challenge consists of: 10 jumps on the 6 lb boat rope, 20 jumps on the 5 lb rope, 30 jumps on the 2 lb rope, 40 jumps on the 1 lb rope and 50 jumps on the speed rope.  It is a fantastic cardio blaster for the day really working the shoulders.  Remember it is always about the intensity.  Think about ways in your workout you can add speed and a time element to it.  Pick 3,4 or 5 exercises and try to power through them as fast as you can with no rest.  Circuit or interval training is where it is at for supreme fitness.  Have jump-tastic day everyone.
