This week’s challenge consisted of: 100ft on the VersaClimber to 10 Push Ups to 10 TRX Rows to !0 Burpees to 100 Jumps on the 1 pound jump rope. This one was very hard and made everything I tried to do afterwards very difficult. Remember to always push yourself to the next level. If you are not working hard to where you are sore and out of breath then try working a little harder. You achieve great results with the effort you put forth.
