Wednesday Workout

Here is a bit of the workout I performed on Monday. I started off with the challenge of the week.

The challenge this week was how fast it takes you to amount 200 total feet on the VersaClimber. My time was 48 seconds.

Followed by the Blaster. The blaster is a great quick and easy cardio circuit which combines sprinting on the treadmill with jump rope.

10 Rounds of 10 second sprint to 40 seconds on the jump rope. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. My speed was 12 mph and the grade % was 12%.

Here is a video of the last circuit I did. Really great working side to side and all the explosive elements. 20 reps on each exercise.
