3 Sets of 3 Reps of Turkish Get Up on each side with (35,44, 53lb) Kettlebell

3 Rep Max Weighted Pull Up Test – 53lb, 70lb, 79lb, 106lb

3 Reps of Dumbbell Chest Press – 70, 80, 90, 100lbs

Finished up with the challenge of the week.

Run a 40 yard dash in the Keiser Runner followed by 100 jumps on a 2 pound jump rope for time. My time was 1:02
