Workout Wednesday

My workout I performed today consisting of:

 

Pull Up, Push Up, Kettlebell Swing (53lb) Countdown

10 Reps of each exercise, then 9, 8 and so on to 1.  55 total reps

 

3 Rounds of 10 Reps of Each of the following:

Box Jumps, Ball Slams, Dumbbell Push Press (40, 45, 50lbs) then 30 seconds on the jump rope

 

3 Rounds of 10 reps of:

Kettlebell Back Lunge, TRX Rows, Burpees with push up and squat jump, Knee Raises

 

2 reps of:

1 arm squat curl press.  I ran the two levels of the rack (20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65)

 

Finisher

10 jump squat waves on the battling ropes to 20 alternating jump lunge waves on the ropes to 10 explosive push ups to 10 keiser power pulls to 50 jumps with the 2lb jump rope
