Motivation Fitness Training

A Monday motivational video for you all about a guy getting it done in order to pursue his dreams.  He is putting in the hard work, the dedication and the sacrifice to push himself to the next level to get where to wants to be.  What is your motivation?  What are you training for?  What are your goals in life?  I personally train to be strong, powerful, quick, to look great, feel great and more importantly to I know it will help me live a long, hopefully disease free life.  I believe all of your goals can be achieved, if you put your mind to it.  Write down your goals and read them everyday.  By doing this, you will consciously make correct decisions that will get you one step closer to your overall goal.  Keep fighting, keep pushing, do not stop and do not let anybody ever get in your way.

Success is defined as getting up one more time than you have been knocked down.
