Exercise Challenge Video

Here is a video of me doing last week’s challenge which was probably one of the most difficult challenges I have created yet.  The challenge consisted of: 20 seconds all out on the VersaClimber, to 10 box jumps on the 36″ box to 15 TRX Rows to 10 more box jumps to 15 ball slams  with the 16 pound medicine ball.  This was one of those great circuits to where you get that burning in your chest and lungs and it takes you a half hour to almost fully recover.  Remember it is always about intensity.
