Just wanted to share with you all my workout today. I did very high volume body weight exercises. My goal today was 100 push ups and pull ups within the workout. Rest only when done with the last exercise. Here is how it broke down:
5 Rounds of: 10 push ups,10 pull ups( all different grips), 10 single leg squats on high box, 45 seconds on speed rope
5 Rounds of: 5 hand stand push ups, 10 split squats (RFESS) on power plate, 10 pull ups(behind the head), 20 hop overs on bench, 10 explosive push ups, 10 box jumps
Felt great, really sweaty and hugely effective using your body weight. Struggled a bit with the hand stand push ups and it just means I have something to work on.
