I came across this video and thought it was too cute and way too accurate to not share with you all. Everything in the video I believe is completely true, we all are meant to only eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, eggs and natural grass fed meat. You have to think of everything else as poison for your body. White flour and white sugar are white death. If you want to make a significant change in your dietary lifestyle, start with eliminating flour and sugar. I guarantee you will feel and see a dramatic difference after 2 weeks or so.
