This weeks’ video workout is with a stability ball. I tried to do all of the exercises I could think of in a row. For time purposes only, I shortened my rep range to 5 reps. This video is provided to show you all of the different exercises you can do. You do not have to do them all right in a row like I did. You can pick 2 or 3 exercises and try to do a couple of sets of 10. If you want, you can try to do the whole thing, it is a great full body warm up. Or if you are short on time and want to get the body moving then try this.
