Here is a video I created to show you all the exercises I could come up with just using a plain old bench. You can use a park bench, a picnic table, a gym bench or even a low wall. The goal is to keep your body moving and do as much as you can tolerate. For time purposes only, I only did 5 reps per side. For an even better workout up the rep ranges anywhere between 10 and 15 reps. The video starts out with very basic fundamental exercises and slowly evolves into more advanced plyometric exercises.
