Workout Wednesday

Here is a video of me doing an 8 exercise tabata.  Eight different exercises all done as fast as I can for 20 seconds with a 10 seconds rest in between.  The goal is to go all out as hard as you can and leave nothing left.  This is also known as HIIT training which stands for High Intensity Interval Training.  You want to shred the fat, drop those pounds and jack your metabolic rate through the roof?  Then try to create your own exercise circuit.  The goal is always the intensity.  Go hard.

I pretty much died afterwards.   I laid on the ground not feeling too well for about 10 minutes.  But it is all good because I know I gave it my all.  Here is a picture when you know you had a great workout.  I call it a “Sweat Angel”
