A few weeks back, I shared a video with you guys known as the Franzen 2.0 without ever showing the original Franzen. Well you guessed it, here is the video for the amazing Franzen exercise. This is a great full body exercise designed to work all the major muscle groups, jack up the heart rate and rev up your metabolic rate. I would suggest using light weights starting out and keep your rep ranges on the low side. Doing 3 sets of 5 reps will be more than enough to give you a great workout. I designed The Franzen to come up with the best single full body exercise. If you are short on time and only have 10 minutes, try doing this. Let me know how it goes. Enjoy.
