The Franzen 2.0

One of the greatest full body exercises I created while messing around at the gym. It is a turkish get-up, to a 1 arm kettlebell swing, to a shoulder press, to a squat press, and back down. It is a bit on the advanced side, but you can break it down in all the selected parts and it will still be as effective. Try messing around and see what exercises you can safely create.
